why pride

matters

This year the fabulous Sherborne Pride returns for its third year.

We’re celebrating our diverse Dorset community in full colour, with a message of love, acceptance, and inclusivity. An all day festival with a Pride Parade and Party in the Park, taking place from 10am-9pm.

Pride runs deeper than waving a rainbow flag. It’s about being free to express yourself safely and authentically whilst feeling accepted.

It’s a celebration of community coming together in love, against hate – a message that resonates with everyone.

Sherborne Pride returns for its third year with its biggest celebration yet. The Parade will begin at Paddock Gardens and make its way through Cheap Street to Pageant Gardens, where an all-day festival of ‘love is love’ awaits. While the full line-up is still under wraps, expect bold, brilliant live entertainment from acclaimed artists, beloved British acts and unforgettable cabaret and comedy performers. Trust us – this is one Pride you won’t want to miss.
